Suren Adibekovich Avakyan

Chair of Constitutional Law at Moscow Lomonosov University. Mr. Aavakyan is a member of several working groups which have developed many of the fundamental constitutional and parliamentary laws of the RF, and is an expert of the Legal Directorate of the State Duma.

Grigory Yefimovich Bystrov

Chair of Land and Ecological Law at Moscow State Legal Academy. Mr. Bystrov is an expert in natural resources and agrarian legislation, and in licensing regarding the use and management of natural resources. Mr. Bystrov has assisted in drafting important legislation in the fields of land, forest and water resources, and serves as President of the Russian Association of Agrarian Law.

Yevgeny Porfirievich Gubin

Chair of Entrepreneurial Law at Moscow State University. Mr. Gubin is a leading specialist in corporate law, in legal regulation of the securities market, in legislation on protection of foreign investments, and in state regulation of market relationships in the Russian Federation. He has authored over 100 research works.

Svetlana Alexandrovna Karelina

Chair of Commercial Law at Moscow State University. Ms. Karelina is a leading expert in commercial transactions and the legal problems of insolvency.

Sergei Gennadievich Pepelyayev

Senior Research Fellow at the Section of Tax Law of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr. Pepelyayev is a specialist in tax, banking, and currency regulation, in the legal regulation of emission and circulation of securities, and in the legal fundamentals of audit. Mr. Pepelyayev serves as a consultant to the State Duma and the Constitutional Court, and is a member of the Presidium of the Russian Association of Tax Law.

Irina Sergeevna Tsipkina

Assistant Professor of Labor Law at the Moscow Legal Institute. Ms. Tsipkina has authored several publications in labor law and is a leading expert in this area. She was the chief lawyer for the ministry responsible for the foreign diplomatic corps.

Andrei Yevgenievich Sherstobitov

Chair of Civil Law at Moscow State University. Mr. Sherstobitov is a specialist in civil law, legislation on antimonopoly activity, consumers' rights, the security market, and banking law. He is a member of the Scientific and Advisory Council of the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the RF and a member of the Interagency Council for the Consumers' Affairs of the State Antimonopoly Committee of the RF.
