Our firm offers to client a traditional set of universal legal services, which are presented on Russian Market, including:

• consultations on all of the issues of Russian law, working out conclusions, including written ones;
• working up contracts, suits, claims and other documents, legal examination of transactions;
• participation in client's negotiations, independent carrying out negotiations on issues of legal nature in the interests of client;
• comprehensive analysis and recommendations on improvement of one or more client's transaction as well as on the whole client's business, with taking into accounts all the branches of Russian law (including tax structuring and currency regulation) in order to minimize client's expenses and risks;
• claim and suit work, representation of client's interests in court; representation of client's interests with state authorities;
• registration and licensing of legal entities - commercial and non-commercial organizations; registration of securities issue; registration of special subjects of market, such as banks, insurance and financial companies, etc., alteration and amendment of legal entities constituent documents, accreditation and visa support of foreign companies' representation offices;
• exclusive rights (patents, licenses) execution;
• settling currency regulation problems, including import and export problems, execution of current and capital currency operations, capital import and export;
• organization and accompaniment of debts restructuring and bankruptcy problems;
• other services of legal character.

In addition to the above our firm offers client some unique services a list of which is permanently developed:

• (a) For rendering simple legal services, permanently needed by a client, such as preparation and analysis of uncomplicated contracts, the simplest corporate and labor law problems, etc., our firm offers to clients services of junior lawyer, who every day attends at client's office and fulfills required work under senior lawyers supervision. It allows client to save money, spent for such services (the services are invoiced on the basis of fixed monthly rate) and also to prepare issues, requiring senior lawyer participation, beforehand, and so to save expenses for their services. Furthermore, in some cases such scheme of work is aimed at training of during some period of time a corporate lawyer, who will be able to satisfy the most part of client's needs in legal services. Such scheme has been successfully used by our firm in rendering services to "Motorola ZAO" company, "Unifond" JSC and to many other clients.
• (b) For Russian clients, buying abroad capitalized technological equipment as well as for foreign investors we have developed and on repeated occasions successfully used a scheme of such equipment import as a contribution to a charter capital of Russian legal entity, which allows our clients to save from 20 to 70 per cents of a cost of such equipment, due to the fact, that in such case import is not subject of import duties. Furthermore, such equipment is considered to be foreign investment and is subject of special legal protection.
• (c) For Russian clients and subsidiaries of foreign clients, exporting goods from Russia we offer to organize a scheme of VAT, paid by exporter, reimbursement. It is not a secret that such possibility is provided by law, however a procedure of this right using in Russia is so complicated and aggravated by bureaucratic obstacles that do this right practically unrealizable. The most part of exporters do not receive VAT reimbursement, at best they may have the right for VAT reckoning, but it is practically useless for companies dealing exclusively with export from Russia.
